Being a dynamic and forward-thinking entity, our organization specializes in an array of services encompassing skill development, education, health & wellbeing, community development, corporate training, and women entrepreneurship development. Recognizing the substantial portion of underemployed or unemployed youths, particularly rural women, across rural India, we've pinpointed significant challenges such as the absence of industries, limited skill sets for urban job roles, and insufficient market connections hindering job opportunities and entrepreneurship.
With a broad national presence and strategic partnerships with industry leaders, our efforts transcend mere skill development. We actively facilitate market linkages, nurturing and fostering rural women entrepreneurs. Our bespoke services are tailored to empower youths,particularly rural women, by enhancing their skill sets and guiding them through every stage of the entrepreneurship journey, ensuring quality, transparency, authenticity, and heightened productivity. She is a dynamic lady having 12+ years of experience in skill and social sector. Very much known
for her unique initiatives especially for the women in the state of Jhankhand and Bihar. More than
2000 women entrepreneurs has been trained and benefited through Mrs Mukherjee’s initiative.
Saikat Mukherjee
Saikat is entrepreneurial mindset personality. He is a Skill development & performance solutions
consultant focusing on enhancing employability and performance outcomes through learning
solutions. 7 years back started working as consultant – Skill Development. “Encore Digitech Pvt
Ltd” was first assignment he started, which is still doing well in this domain. His 2nd assignment
was “All India Institute of Local Self-Government (AIILSG) where he managed to grab 250 Cr.
